Hana Suzuki
Delivery
Hana Suzuki runs delivery, which mostly means refusing to let a launch happen with nobody on the hook for it.
The studio offers two honest endings to a project. Hand over to a team the client has hired, with the runbook written and an owner named. Or keep operating it. The third ending, where a site goes live and everyone disperses, is the one that produces a support inbox nobody reads and a certificate nobody renews.
The rest is sequencing and saying no to dates. A deadline with a real reason gets planned around. A deadline invented to create pressure gets named as one.
